Frank is the founder and director of dbNet, which is established in Sydney in 1998. With 30 years of experience in the I.T. industry, Frank has carried out numerous assignments for NSW Government agencies and private sector clients. His skills extend across technical architecture and application development in a number of technologies, database administration, and team leadership.
During 1997-1998 Frank was on assignment as an independent consultant in Switzerland with the U.B.S Bank as senior application developer and Oracle Database Administrator.
During 1995-1997 was on assignment as an independent consultant in the U.K. with the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) as Oracle Database Administrator and Senior Developer. Prior to this Frank carried out a number of independent consulting assignments in Sydney for various NSW Government agencies mostly related to Oracle application development.
In addition he was employed at several leading organisations including Oracle and IBM as Application Systems Development Team Leader delivering several large-scale commercial application development projects, and in Pre- and Post- Sales Support Consultant roles for Oracle RDBMS and products.
