What is PIPER?
Piper is a powerful but easy-to-use Oracle SQL and PL/SQL tool for Windows (98,NT,2000,XP). It has many productivity features that make it useful to experienced Oracle PL/SQL developers and to anyone who needs to enter commands against their Oracle database.

Pre-Requisites
You must have Oracle SQL*Net client-side software installed on your workstation. You must be suitably licenced by Oracle.. see the Disclaimer. Piper is supported for Oracle releases 8.1.x (ie. 8i), 9i and 10g. For more details see the Frequently Asked Questions.
